Using the Registration URL below, click the “Register” Tab at the top right
Select the correct season
Check “Coach / Team Manager Registration” box

The short link will bring you to the Affinity landing page.

• To get to the Registration module, click the tab at the top right.
• After Registering, manage your personal account and monitor your team’s registration by logging in at the top left.

• If you require technical assistance, call Affinity at 877-700-1470
• Log in with your Affinity username and password or, if you’ve never used Affinity before, Create an account. Note: If you managed/coached/played SFYS or Microsoccer in the 2017-18 season, you should have a login. Click “Forgot Username or Password” if you’re not sure.
• First, you’ll review your own account.
  • New folks will create their family account on this screen.
  • Returning admins, if you’ve nothing to update, just click through the Account Management screen to the Registration screen.
    
    
• When prompted, use the appropriate unique Team Assignment Code that was provided by the admin
