LEAGUE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT 

Every league has different requirement.  Please see below for the specific requirement by the league

CCSL PREP BY SFYS

FALL SEASON: 
League registration -- every player needs to register for 2017/18 season with the league via Affinity sports software.  You will need to get an assignment code from the Club registrar and you will need the copy of birth document and photo to upload during the registration process.

SPRING SEASON:
A player does not need to register again with the league.  Are you transferring to another team for spring?  You will need to fill out transfer form and submit to the league.

Proof of residency
Competitive Travel Team players also need to furnish proof of residency. SF travel teams are allowed up to two non-residents @ U14 and younger, and up to four non-residents @ U15 and older.  Please upload residency documentation here using our new upload tool.  Would you like to see if you have uploaded something? US Club soccer registration 
New player to the Club needs to register with US Club Soccer via Kyck software.  The Club registrar will need the copy of birth document, a picture, and US club soccer application form.
