We are excited to announce our new partnership with BYGA as our club communications and operations software starting 2020-21 season. All families are asked to ACTIVATE BYGA ACCOUNTS. After you activate your account, you will receive another email to reset the password. If you do not see the activation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
How to go to my child's profile page to see the assigned jersey number?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Username is always your email address!
- Click on your player under Players
- Click on Profile from top menu.
- On profile page, you can see the jersey number.
- you can add your child's profile photo

How to add my child's profile photo?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Click on your player.
- Click on Upload photo button and upload the file.
How to invite a person (people) to have access to my child's account?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Click on your player.
- On Details page, you can do so with the +invite button of your player page.
- Your contact will receive an activation email from Byga. After activation, he/she will receive another email to set the password.
Can’t remember your password?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Then click on 'Forgot your password'
- Check your email and add a password.

How to add my phone number so that I can receive text message?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Right top corner, click on the logo and choose Profile
- On the profile page, you can edit your information including your home address, phone number, and the password
How do I update my credit card info?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Right top corner, click on the logo and choose Billing
- On the Billing page, choose the invoice or program
- Please note that when you change your credit card info, the payment will go thru on the day you change the credit card info, not on the scheduled payment date.
How do I update my email notifications?
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Right top corner, click on the logo and choose Preferences
- On the Preferences page, you can choose which email notification you would like to opt out

How to send an email to your team
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Choose the current season (Fall 2020 Season) from the drop down menu located left top corner.
- Click on your team
- Click on "Email Team" Button
- You can choose to send the email to the whole team or individual players.
- If you would like to send it via text instead of email, please click on little bell button located on right top corner.

How to create an event (only coaches and managers have this capabilities)
- Login into your BYGA account. https://sfglens.byga.net/users/sign_in
- Choose the current season (Fall 2020 Season) from the drop down menu located left top corner.
- Click on your team
- Click on "+ New event" Button
- Enter the information and click on "Create" button
